I stopped in at Pedal Haus Brewery in Phoenix, Arizona for one last beer before heading back to bed. I decided to try the Bavarian Hefeweizen based on the bartender’s recommendation. He said it was the freshest beer on tap. It was a great example of this style. Crisp and refreshing. It’s not my favorite style. But I enjoyed it nonetheless.

When on business travel if I can pull away in the evening I try to hit several breweries. As you can see, over several years I’ve been to quite a few.
