I stopped in at Helltown Brewing in Mt. Pleasant, Pennsylvania on my way home from Pittsburgh. I enjoyed the Rapture IPA so much that I brought home a growler for me and also one for a friend.

Penn Brewery, Pittsburgh, PA
I stopped in at the Penn Brewery in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for dinner with a business associate. I started with the Pierogie Platter and a Penn Pilsner, then ordered the sausage sandwich. What a meal. Heavy but delicious. And the pilsner was a crisp offset to the to the heavy meal. The brewery is historic and was a delight to visit and enjoy.
All Saints Brewing Company, Greensburg, PA
Full Pint Brewing, North Versailles, PA
I stopped in at Full Pint Brewing in North Versailles, Pennsylvania on my way to Pittsburgh and enjoyed a Chinookie IPA which is brewed with Chinook hops used several times in the brewing process. This beer has a distinct grapefruit flavor which is my personal favorite. The brewery is located in an industrial complex and has a really cool feel to it, spacious with plenty of seating.
Ellicott Mills Brewing Company, Ellicott City, MD
I stopped in at the Ellicott Mills Brewing Company in Ellicott City, Maryland with my daughter after a school function and split an order of Bavarian Soft Pretzel Sticks with a Marzen. Although Marzen isn’t my go to it was a good pairing with the pretzels. The brewery also is a nice restaurant and looking at the menu made me think I should go back for dinner some time.
