I stopped in at Snow Eagle Brewing and Grill in Idaho Falls, Idaho for dinner. The Thai Salmon Salad was delicious. Salmon never tasted fresher. I enjoyed the IPA with dinner and its hoppiness complemented the spicy wasabi sauce on the salad.
