I stopped at the Bluegrass Brewing Company in Louisville, Kentucky for dinner tonight.  The bartender was very nice and helpful.  I started right away with their IPA which was a good thing because it took quite a while for dinner to come out of the kitchen.  I ordered the Thai Lettuce Wrap with chicken and anticipated a similar dish I had ordered in other restaurants, but it was too messy to actually wrap the Thai chicken in the small lettuce leaves.  But it was really tasty nonetheless.  The IPA was good also but not the best I’ve ever had.  They also had a wide range of in-house-brewed beers.  You can get a feel for their offerings by clicking on the company name link and checking out the beers list.
